Honestly, Tuapse is not famous with sightseeings and museums, but definitely it is worth going there. Why? Beaches, the sea, endless cypresses, and what a fresh air!

You can easily get from Sochi to Tuapse:

The buses operate from 07:30 AM till 10 PM with an approximate interval of about 30 minutes in the morning and the evening. Daytime interval is 1-1.5 hours.

Buses leave from Sochi central bus station and arrive at Tuapse central bus station with stops in Uch-Dere, Gorniy Vozduch, Loo and Lazarevskoe (there is always an opportunity to reach the sea earlier).

Tickets can be purchased from ticket offices at the bus station or online.

The comfort level is low. Standard seats, no luggage racks. Appropriate for travelling alone or in a small group without children or a lot of luggage.

Sochi-Tuapse train options are comfortable “Lastochka” and general commuter trains.

The latter operate from 07 AM till 11 PM with intervals of 1-1.5 hours. Lastochka leaves several times a week, the earliest is 02:00 AM and the latest is 08:00 PM. Please check the schedule online or on RZD site.

All the trains leave from Sochi railway station and arrive at Tuapse central railway station. Tickets can be purchased online, from the station ticket offices or ticket machines.

General commuter trains are for those not afraid of crowded carriages and travelling light. Otherwise we recommend choosing comfortable “Lastochka”.
