I like that they provide long distance transfers between hotels in Japan so you don’t have to haul luggage and walk to/from train station and hotel. The cars are clean and drivers are professional. The dispatcher speaks English though the drivers do not. For smooth communication, the dispatcher sets up chat with you, him and the driver to let you know the driver is on the way, and you can communicate with the driver through him for language translation. I enjoyed the smooth operation and a worry free long distance transfers.
