Transfer Charleroi airport - Brussels center: on the way out we took a random cab spending 200€. When choosing a place to stay, pay attention to the ancient Chilean city on the Pacific coast. The sun shines all year, and the tourist season lasts from December until February. If you do not know how to get to La Serena, we recommend booking a transfer. The driver will meet the passengers in the arrival areas and help to carry your Luggage. It is much faster than public transport. La Serena airport is 7 kilometres far from the city. To the centre, buses №1, №4 and №883 go every 20 minutes. The journey takes 60 minutes, excluding bus stops and possible traffic jams. In the XIX century, copper and silver were actively mined here, which made the city one of the most expensive and prosperous in Chile. Today, people come here to see the ancient monuments of architecture and art, to taste the national wine in small private wineries and relax on the best beaches of La Serena. The most popular place is the 8-kilometre recreation area of Avenida del Mar, where not only Chileans from all over the country, but also tourists come here.
