Transfer from Burlington to Stowe
Sharhlar
On the east coast of Vermont is the Stowe ski resort. This is one of the oldest winter recreation centers: it was founded in 1934. The high season lasts from November to May: at this time, two main ski areas are open. The peaks of Mansfield and Spruce Peak are the highest mountains in Stowe. For vacationers skiers and snowboarders prepared more than 50 tracks, some even in the forest for fans of freeride.
In between skiing visit the city of the same name. It is located 11 kilometers from the resort. Here are preserved old buildings of the XIX-XX centuries, which create a cozy atmosphere of old Vermont. We recommend to visit the Historical Museum or take a walk in the coniferous forest. Also for travelers there are restaurants, souvenir shops and spas.
To get to the ski resort you need to fly with a few transfers. Tourists arrive at Burlington on charter flights or on low-cost airlines. If traveling here for the first time, use the following options.
