Krasnaya Polyana is a picturesque urban-type settlement in the Adler district, located 40 kilometers from Sochi. The valley of the Mzyta River forms a basin in the highlands, so nature has been preserved in its original form. From the northeast, the area is surrounded by the Main Caucasus Range, from the south is the summits of Achishkho and Aibga. Nearby are the neighboring villages of Rosa Khutor and Esto-Sadok. In 2014, Krasnaya Polyana became the capital of the Winter Olympic Games and became world famous for one of the best ski resorts in Russia.

The Krasnaya Polyana ski resort isn't only the settlement itself, but also the village of Estosadok, Rosa Khutor and other complexes: Laura, Gazprom, Gorki Gorod and Gornaya Karusel.

For those who like to feel the adrenaline, AJ Hackett Sochi's Skype is open. The cable park was created in Ahshtyr gorge, between Krasnaya Polyana and Adler. You can jump from a height of 69 or 207 meters, walk along the pedestrian bridge or among the reclit forest overlooking the Black Sea and the Caucasus Mountains. The most extreme offer a ride on the attraction "MegaTroll": fly 700 meters at a speed of 120km / h.

If you like hiking, then go on a walking or cycling tour to the observation deck at the top of Akhun, Eagle Rocks, the Stone Pillar or among the Khmelevsky Lakes and Tiso-Boxwood Grove.

Today there are a lot of tourists in Krasnaya Polyana: the main stream falls on the winter season. In summer, vacationers at the sea come to visit local natural sights: the Psakho canyon, dolmens, Semiozerye, waterfalls, mineral springs and much more.
