The driver just left without us saying it's too expensive for him to wait for us at the airport. Transfer was 100% prepaid. Our flight was 2 hours delayed and we informed the driver about it about 6 hours before arrival, and got his reply then: "Good morning if the flight as been Delayed then the arrival time will be too so as well as the customs we will continue to track the flight". Just nonsense.

This was my first time using this car service. I am very pleased. Our driver was on time and got us to our destination. When we returned from our trip I called and they were able to send us a car sooner to get us back to the airport. I will definitely use them again. I felt safe and secure riding with them.
