How many suitcases fit in each class?
Economy, Comfort and Business sedans take up to 3 large suitcases; SUV takes 4; Van and Business Van take 6; Minibus 16; Bus 50. Carry-ons and backpacks ride in the cabin and don't count. Every offer shows the exact numbers for that specific car.
Can I bring skis or a snowboard?
Yes. When you create the request, tap the hint “I have … snowboard(s)/skis” or write it in the comment. Drivers with roof boxes, ski racks or long-load vans will send offers. For 1–2 sets an SUV is usually enough; for a family or group choose a Van or Minibus.
What counts as one luggage place?
One check-in-size suitcase (roughly 70–80 cm tall, up to 32 kg). Ski or snowboard bags are long items — say how many you have rather than counting them as suitcases.
I have something oversized: a bike, golf bag, surfboard, cello or wheelchair.
Describe your oversized luggage in the request in as much detail as possible — drivers will take it into account when making their offers. Choose Van, Business Van or Minibus so drivers know you need a long load space.
Is there an extra charge for luggage?
No. The price you see in the offer is the full price — there are no per-bag fees. Just declare everything upfront so the driver brings a car that fits it.
What if the car arrives and my luggage doesn't fit?
The car must match the photo, seats and luggage places shown in the offer you booked. If it doesn't, contact support in the app straight away — we're online 24/7 and will sort out a replacement or a refund. Declaring your luggage accurately in the request is what makes this guarantee work.
We're a group with a lot of luggage. What should we book?
Up to 8 people with 6 suitcases — Van or Business Van. Up to 16 people — Minibus, which has 16 luggage places. Larger groups — Bus with 50 places. For a group with skis, a Minibus with a trailer or roof box is the usual choice; mention the number of ski sets.
Do I need to help the driver load?
Drivers meet you with a name sign and help with luggage — that's part of the service. If you need extra assistance (elderly passengers, heavy items), say so in the comment so the driver plans for it.
