Più di 60 compagnie aeree collegano Praga con città di tutto il mondo. Sono stati costruiti tre terminal, tra i quali ci sono autobus gratuiti. I primi due sono uniti da un edificio comune e sono destinati ai voli civili, il terzo solo ai voli privati.
