Una corsa di 90 minuti da Skopje e 2 ore di auto da Ocrida vi condurranno al resort. Potresti chiederti qual è il modo migliore per arrivare a Mavrovo, soprattutto se viaggi con la famiglia e gli attrezzi. Prenota un trasferimento diretto per il tuo hotel, su un veicolo di tua scelta e con un autista che parla inglese.

Per tutti i turisti invernali ci sono 18 piste con diversi gradi di difficoltà disponibili. La stagione dura da dicembre a febbraio. Non dovresti preoccuparti del tempo a Mavrovo ci sono cannoni da neve sulle piste.

La scuola di sci è disponibile per bambini e principianti. È possibile noleggiare tutta l'attrezzatura da sci e altre attrezzature sportive necessarie presso il resort.

Per riposare un po 'dalle piste, prendi una macchina e sali sul monte Korab (2764 metri) per goderti gli scenari mozzafiato. Lungo la strada puoi visitare il monastero di Saint Jovan Bigorski, fondato nell'XI secolo, per vedere la sua iconostasi in legno squisitamente scolpita. Per comprare souvenir e tornare alla civiltà, recati a Skopje. Trascorri una giornata lì per provare la cucina locale e fare un giro della città.
