Rivesaltes lufthavn ligger 5 kilometer fra den franske byen Perpignan. Passasjerer ankommer hit på internasjonale, innenlands- og charterfly. Det er bare 1 terminal på flykompleksets territorium. Ankomstområdet ligger i første etasje ved siden av bagasjerommet, innsjekking er og sikkerhetspunkter er også i første etasje. Selve reposen går gjennom tre utganger i kjelleretasjen.

Flyplassen Llabanere (fornavn) åpnet i 1923. På 50-tallet, når turiststrømmen til solkysten av Costa Brava øker, blir engelske charterturer gradvis lagt til timeplanen. Den gamle terminalbygningen ble demontert og erstattet med en ny på 1960-tallet.
