Letisko Rivesaltes je vzdialené 5 kilometrov od francúzskeho mesta Perpignan. Cestujúci sem prichádzajú medzinárodnými, vnútroštátnymi a charterovými letmi. Na území aerokomplexu je len 1 terminál. Príletová časť sa nachádza na prízemí vedľa úschovne batožiny, check-in a bezpečnostné body sú tiež na prízemí. Samotná podesta prechádza tromi východmi na prízemí.

Letisko Llabanere (krstné meno) bolo otvorené v roku 1923. V 50-tych rokoch, keď narastá turistický prúd na Slnečné pobrežie Costa Brava, sa do letového poriadku postupne pridávajú anglické chartery. Stará budova terminálu bola v 60. rokoch 20. storočia demontovaná a nahradená novou.
