The car is in good condition, the cabin is clean, the driver is polite and did not bother me with talking. You know, when you sit in a taxi, then many taxi drivers constantly impose their topics on you. There was no such situation here. Stoneham är en berömd skidort som ligger 39 kilometer från Quebec. Leder och backar är lämpliga för skidåkare med olika träningsnivåer: från nybörjare till amatörer. Säsongen varar från november till april. 2017 öppnades en snowpark, där man byggde ytterligare snöhinder och en sexmetersvägg för hoppning. För den som precis ska lära sig åka finns det mjuka backar och en skidskola är öppen. För dem är mjuka backar och de mest enkla stigarna utrustade.

International Ski Federation World Cup i snowboard hålls årligen på orten. Under denna period kan du åka i backen från 09:00 till 02:00. Mer än en och en halv miljon fans och resenärer kommer till tävlingarna.
