Geneva is divided into 2 parts by the Rhône river. On the left bank, there is the Old Town. The magnificent local atmosphere is created by city halls, narrow cobbled streets with numerous cosy cafes. By the way, on Rue du Rhône there are famous fashion boutiques of French designers, jewellery stores from New York and other shops. On the right bank, there are institutes of national interest, the building of the United Nations and banks.
