In our capacity of oneworld® global airline alliance member and the largest private air carrier in Russia we believe that integral high quality service during all times of the customer journey is very important for an overall passenger feel. We know how important that is to meet and exceed expectation of passengers during all times. As such we never stop searching for better proposition for our passengers. We started testing GetTransfer services back in the beginning of 2018. As the time passed we’ve noted significant and speeding progress of the comfort of use of GetTransfer applications. The company network significantly expanded and is currently present in most of the cities and countries where we are flying.
As we grew more comfortable with the level of service this application was recommended to our passengers. Company’s values are aligned with the core aim to make travelling easy and comfortable. This is achieved via efforts to improve current service and addition of more options to the existing applications. We note GetTransfer is a good value proposition for passengers who have to go to more remote locations than just airport - big city center route.
