Yllas ski resort is located in Lapland. The ski area is divided into two areas: Yllas Ski and Iso-Yllas, between which there are lifts. You can ride on the best slopes of Finland from December to May, the peak season is February-March.

The resort has the most extensive network of ski trails. Their total length is more than 250 kilometers. Beginners and fans will love to ride on the slopes of "Pomppern" and "Family Nest." For professionals, the “Formulamyaki”, “Yattipitkya” and “Ilypka” tracks are suitable. Snowboarders can practice at Skin Fan and Mantaine Dew.

Yllas has everything to diversify your vacation. You can arrange yourself an unusual snowmobile safari or go for a walk in the mountains. We recommend riding reindeer sledding and go ice fishing. For travelers, they take excursions to the “Lapland Hell”: a deep lake among high steep cliffs. In the X-XII centuries here the locals worshiped their pagan gods.

50 kilometers from the resort is Yllas. Many tourists start their journey from here. The table shows several ways to move, which you can use.

How to get from Kittila to Yllas?

By bus (40 minutes)

Twice a week, on Tuesdays and Thursdays, J.M. Eskelisen Lapin Linjat Oy. The stop is at the city bus station.

By train

There are no trains between the resort and the city. Use other public transport or order a transfer.

Car rental (30 minutes)

If you are swayed on the bus, rent a car . This will make your trip more comfortable and faster. Learn the route in advance and get ready for a great vacation.
