The drivers were good. There were different drivers in the outbound and inbound trips and different vehicles. The return vehicle was more in line with the booking photo shown. The outbound vehicle was a minibus where the seats kept reclining! The booking stated free drinks, wi-fi and electric plugs. There was electric plugs on the return vehicle but no wi-fi or drinks offered either way. Not sure why they were not available if offered as part of the booking. The drivers were prompt and were there prior to the booking times.

The driver spoke only Turkish (unlike what is mentioned on your website), no WiFi, no water, no chargers, no USB sockets, only 1 booster (we ordered more) and there is no way 8 suitcases will fit such a small trunk (our 2 suitcases and 2 trolleys did not fit and we had to take luggage inside the cabin). Also, the driver asked us to pay for the ride (even though we already paid here) and after a short arguement and a couple of phone calls he made, the conflict was resolved. Other than that, the ride was smooth and quick.
