The driver did not respond to my messages. Screenshots are attached. After I informed him that the flight was delayed, he asked for the flight number and then disappeared for several hours. The trip was marked as completed, although the passengers had not arrived. Only now did the driver contact me directly via WhatsApp saying that he could not wait. Please review this case.
