Transfer Charleroi airport - Brussels center: on the way out we took a random cab spending 200€. GetTransfer allowed us to spend only 60 on the return instead, with a driver who was very punctual (in fact, early!), friendly, helpful and professional. Fast payment and very efficient communication with the driver. Based on our experience I recommend him without any doubt!

Used the service in Marrakech Morocco... driver was on time and price was reasonable. I had no issue with the service. Will recommend it... used it for return and work well

5 stars Drivers were early. The vehicles were immaculate. The drivers were very smartly dressed, polite and gave us some useful information about the local area. Would highly recommend

Helped me out in a situation where I needed to quickly book a taxi to the airport. The process was smooth and allowed you to be in contact with your driver.

First of all I like punctuality, I really appreciate it. I ordered a car with a driver in this company for a certain time and in a specific place. My wishes were fulfilled very accurately! Thank you for that. The system of the transfer order is implemented very conveniently and competently: 1. I left the application, indicated the place, time, date, chose the type of car. 2. I got a call to clarify some details. 3. I paid for the trip. I liked that it is possible to choose among various electronic payment systems. The data on my trip to me was sent to the post: car make, license plate, driver's name. When I arrived at the airport, the car with the driver was already waiting for me. The driver helped me with the luggage and we drove off. I know the city very well, but he showed me several bypasses where it is possible to save time and not stand in traffic jams. The car is in good condition, the cabin is clean, the driver is polite and did not bother me with talking. You know, when you sit in a taxi, then many taxi drivers constantly impose their topics on you. There was no such situation here. I put five balls on the following criteria: punctuality, cleanliness of the cabin, correct driver behavior. Thank you.

When there have been hiccups due to the Covid-19 pandemic, gettransfer have always been understanding and helpful.
