Transfer Charleroi airport - Brussels center: on the way out we took a random cab spending 200€. Lentokenttä sijaitsee Vantaalla, 18 kilometriä Helsingistä pohjoiseen. Se on koko Suomen suurin ja kuljettaa vuosittain yli 19 miljoonaa matkustajaa. Lentoja on 350 päivässä. Terminaalia rakennetaan aina kaksi. Ne on perinteisesti jaettu kansainvälisiin ja sisäisiin, vaikka niissä ei ole selkeää eroa. Ne sijaitsevat lähellä toisiaan ja yhdistetään tunnelilla. Alueella shuttle bus shuttles. Varaa kuljetus Vantaan lentokentälle GetTransfer.comin kautta, jolloin et tuhlaa aikaa odotellessa joukkoliikennettä tai taksia.

Suurten lentoyhtiöiden ja matkustajien itsensä näkemyksen mukaan Vantaa on paitsi Suomen, myös koko Pohjois-Euroopan paras lentoasema. Hän tekee yhteistyötä 50 paikallisen lentoliikenneyrityksen kanssa, järjestää lentoja Aasiaan, Pohjois-Amerikkaan ja Lähi-itään. Pystyy myös käsittelemään erittäin lyhyttä matkustajien kuljetusta. Telakointi kestää jopa 35 minuuttia, jota pidetään maailman lyhimpänä.

Miten päästä Vantaan lentokentältä Helsinkiin? Voit käyttää rautatie- ja lähijunia, jotka kulkevat 10 minuutin välein. Sieltä pääsee kätevästi Tampereelle, Lahteen ja Pietariin. Viimeinen juna lähtee klo 01:00, viikonloppuisin klo 01:30.

HSL:n linja-autot Vantaa-Helsingin suuntaan ovat auki ympäri vuorokauden, 30 minuutin välein. Myös reitit №N562 ja 615 kulkevat keskustaan. Lisäksi linja-autoasemalta kuljetetaan kaikkialle Suomeen.

Suunnitelmissa on rakentaa uusi rautatie, joka yhdistää lentokentän esikaupunkijunilla Helsingistä Keravalle. Tunnelin pituus tulee olemaan 30 kilometriä.
