Stoneham is een beroemd skigebied op 39 kilometer van Quebec. Trails en hellingen zijn geschikt voor skiërs van verschillende opleidingsniveaus: van beginners tot amateurs. Het seizoen duurt van november tot april. In 2017 werd een snowpark geopend, waar ze extra sneeuwhindernissen en een muur van zes meter hoog bouwden om te springen. Voor degenen die net leren rijden, zijn er glooiende hellingen en is er een skischool geopend. Voor hen zijn zachte hellingen en de meest eenvoudige paden uitgerust.

De International Ski Federation World Cup in snowboarden wordt jaarlijks gehouden in het resort. In deze periode kun je op de piste rijden van 09:00 tot 02:00 uur. Meer dan anderhalf miljoen fans en reizigers komen naar de wedstrijden.

Het resort ligt het dichtst bij Quebec. Transit- en chartervluchten uit het hele land en het buitenland komen aan op Jean Lesagas International Airport.
