Stoneham is een beroemd skigebied op 39 kilometer van Quebec. Trails en hellingen zijn geschikt voor skiërs van verschillende opleidingsniveaus: van beginners tot amateurs. De International Ski Federation World Cup in snowboarden wordt jaarlijks gehouden in het resort. In deze periode kun je op de piste rijden van 09:00 tot 02:00 uur. Meer dan anderhalf miljoen fans en reizigers komen naar de wedstrijden.

Het resort ligt het dichtst bij Quebec. Transit- en chartervluchten uit het hele land en het buitenland komen aan op Jean Lesagas International Airport.
