Meer dan 60 luchtvaartmaatschappijen verbinden Praag met steden over de hele wereld. Er zijn drie terminals gebouwd, waartussen gratis bussen rijden. De eerste twee zijn verenigd door een gemeenschappelijk gebouw en zijn bedoeld voor burgervluchten, de derde is alleen voor privévluchten. Door een transfer naar Václav Havel Airport te boeken via GetTransfer.com, hoef je niet extra te betalen voor een taxi of in de rij te staan voor een shuttle met bagage.
