Hoe kom je van de luchthaven Mandelieu naar Cannes? U kunt alleen met de auto van de stad en terug. Passagiers kunnen een taxi nemen en overstappen naar de luchthaven van Mandelieu, maar ook een auto huren.

De luchthaven werd geopend in 1905 en de laatste bouwwerkzaamheden werden voltooid in 1930. Sindsdien begon Mandelieu passagiersvluchten te nemen van Air France-luchtvaartmaatschappijen en was het lange tijd het belangrijkste luchtknooppunt aan de Cote D'azur. Met de groei van het passagiersverkeer werd het onmogelijk om grote Airbus te nemen, dus verhuisden regelmatig vluchten naar Nice.

Het vliegveld is omgeven door groene heuvels en er is een tuin met zwembaden. De terminal is uitgerust met alle nodige infrastructuur: er zijn restaurants, VIP-wachtruimtes, vergaderzalen en nog veel meer.

Mandelieu ligt 6 kilometer tussen Cannes en de gelijknamige stad. U kunt via onze service een taxi bestellen naar de luchthaven van Mandelieu als u van Mandelieu moet komen.
