Перепады высот граничат от 1300 до 2000 метров. Трассы подходят как новичкам и любителям, так и опытным спортсменам или экстремалам. Первые, в основном, катаются по склонам вершины Интерски, где есть лыжная школа для детей. Вторым больше подходят спуски Предне Солиско и Млыницкой долины. Максимальная точка – 2093 метра. Трассы оборудованы трамплинами и специальными горками для прыжков.

Вечером рекомендуем проводить время так же активно, как и днем. Поиграйте в биатлон, поплавайте в бассейне или сходите в сауну. На территории Штребске Плесо круглогодично работают санатории. Поэтому зимой можно не только кататься на лыжах и сноуборде, но и позаботиться о своем здоровье.

Ближе всего к Стребске Плесо находится Попрад. Их разделяет 24 километра. Для многих туристов этот город является отправной точкой перед поездкой на курорт.
