You can easily get from Rome to Florence in several ways:

FlixBus Rome–Florence buses operate from 5:35 AM till 01:40 AM leaving almost every hour, and the trip duration is slightly more than 3 hours.

On BusCenter it takes 3.5 hours, departure at 06:30, 11:30 AM and 11:15 PM. Night voyage costs €12.

MarinoBus leaves once a day at 11:45 AM, travel time is about 4 hours.

You can also drive a rented car from the airport to Rome. Book a rental car without a driver in advance or in the city. Basic insurance is included in the price.
